Have you always been interested in clothes?

I have always been interested in beauty first and foremost, not clothes. While I did study fashion design at university, I have always been fascinated by art, film, and architecture.

Of everything you've worked on, what are you proudest of?

I am proudest of my career as a creative consultant, which I have been doing for many years. It has been incredible to work with CEOs and creative directors from brands such as Bottega Veneta and Chloé. I am also proud of my next project where I am working on the strategy with this luxury lifestyle brand to build a new narrative for the clients.

How has the way you've dressed changed over the past ten years?

Ten years ago, I think I was always wearing high heels. However post the pandemic, my style has changed entirely as I stopped going as often to fashion week. My style reverted back to my teenage years when I always liked to wear my dad's clothes. So currently, I am wearing a lot of menswear.

When did you feel that you’d found ‘your’ style? Or is this something that you’re still working out?

My style is always changing according to my mood and my body and how I’m feeling so in a way it’s constantly evolving.

Who do you look to in terms of style?

Farmers, gardeners and workers.

Tell us about your creative process in regards to your work.

My process revolves around my three R’s: read, research, reimagine.

Where is your favourite place to go for a two week break? And give us your three best tips?

Costa Careyes, Mexico. I went there during Christmas and had the best New Years Eve party! I absolutely love the beautiful and unique architecture there created by the founder Gian Franco Brignone.

Where do you feel most at home, and why?

Paris is another city where I feel very much at home. I don’t know why because I don’t even speak French properly but maybe it’s because I am very blunt like the Parisians!

For you, what is the best restaurant in the world? (Doesn’t have to be where you live!)

Sant Ambroeus in Milan - I love the milanese!

You’re hosting a dinner for your closest friends; what are you cooking and what are you serving to drink?

One of my favorite things is hosting traditional Beijing-style hotpot dinners at home—always accompanied by Ruinart.
