Shipping

You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We ship worldwide - Free shipping on all orders above £250 Please use the delivery times below as estimates and start from the date of shipping.

Shipments within the UK and EU include all duties and VAT - there are no additional charges on delivery.

Shipments outside of the UK and EU may incur customs duties and import taxes, which are not covered by Hai and will be payable by the customer.

Orders refused or rejected at delivery will be returned to sender. Upon receipt of the returned parcel, a refund will be processed less original shipping costs and any applicable return shipping, customs, or carrier fees incurred.

In Store Collection

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection. Please have your confirmation email ready when you collect your order. Items will be held for a limited period, after which orders may be cancelled if uncollected. Please ensure items are collected in person during store opening hours. We do not offer delivery for pickup orders.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, excluding sale items.

To start an international or domestic return, please visit our returns portal.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including any labels or tags. The customer is responsible for sending back the parcel and covering shipping costs and all other expenses. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. European Union 14 day Cooling off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

International Returns, Duties & Fees
Duties and import fees paid are non-refundable. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order is only possible during the initial processing stages. Once the preparation phase begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
